Beatline Oaks Veterinary Hospital is a certified members of the Symbiotics Reproduction Referral network. Most semen frozen at our Hospital is shipped to the Symbiotics Corporation for long term storage. However, our Hospital is equipped to provide short-term storage and limited amount of long-term storage.

Information Needed for Artifical Insemination, Fresh or Frozen Semen

• Copy of registration papers
• DNA profile
• Brucellosis
• Microchip number
• Owner's signature or letter to agent from owner
• DNA, Brucellosis and Microchip can be performed when you arrive with your canine

Responsibility to the Referring Veterinarian:

In each referral case we will give the referring veterinarian a full report in writing, telephone or fax. They will be informed of diagnostic procedures, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis (anticipated outcome) of your case. If future care is required, they will be advised.

Since your veterinarian has put his trust in us to care for your pet, we would be abusing this trust if we tried to perform the routine services for you. Just because we provide some specialized care does not mean that we are better than your regular veterinarian. Please do not ask us to take over your pet's regular case or to treat any of your other pets unless your veterinarian specifically requests this. It will only embarrass us both when we have to refuse.

Fees:

An estimate will be provided if asked by telephone or when you arrive before any services are performed. Any questions that you may have feel free to ask about fee charges or procedures. All fees must be paid at time of service.
